If the Prometheus is searching for a cloaked Alkesh, why would their shields be down? The ship should have been at battle stations from the moment it lost the transmission.
O'Neill apparently goes grocery shopping with a gun in his back pocket.
There is no blood in the syringe after it is supposedly used on Daniel by the Russians to test for the presence of a Goa'uld symbiote.
When Prometheus is firing on Osiris' ship we can see Kinsey almost struggling when the ship is shaking but the curtains in the background do not move.
When Teal'c enters the ring room on Prometheus in order to stop Kinsey from escaping, he points a zat as if to fire it. It is in the closed position, so he couldn't have fired it without wasting time by opening it.
When Harry is explaining that he is not the prophet to the townspeople theres a panning shot across Daniel and Sam. Several stage lights and video monitors are prominently reflected in Michael Shanks eyeglasses.

In the scene when they storm the warehouse, the vial of blue liquid that Dr. Jackson picks up (which Sam at first thinks is nerve gas) comes from a case that has the label for radioactive materials. The label should have been the one used for bio-hazard materials.
Even if it had been VX in the warehouse, they wouldn't have been dead when Sam said they should have been. VX takes 1-3 minutes to kill someone, so not enough time had passed for them to be dead.
When Teal'c and Jack are playing table tennis, Jack serves three times (losing every time). Then Teal'c says the score is 0-8, then serves and scores one more point (0-9). Under either original table tennis rules (where the serve switches every five points) or under more recent changes (when the serve switches every two points), this isn't anything resembling a legal game by any recognizable table tennis rules.
Trivia: At about 7 minutes and 10 seconds into the episode, after Sam and Daniel enter Colson's office, Colson walks to a monitor. It's not within the powers of the President to stop trading on the stock exchange. When Sam and Colson return from the Alpha site, Daniel tells Colson that the President stopped trading for Colson's shares and that the market fell 500 points. Also, after the last major stock market crash, 'bumpers' were put in place that would automatically stop trading if the market fell about 250 - giving it about a 1/2 hour pause before trading resumes and if the market continued falling, to stop trading for the day.
