I enjoy the serious episodes of starsky and hutch more but this episode is so funny and light hearted that it is one of my favorites. Starsky and Hutch try to bust a drug/prostitution king pin by making his life miserable. The scene in the restaurant is a classic and when, during a stakeout Hutch is stung by a bee, I laughed out loud. Many mention the overnight in the car scene when they try to prove that Starsky and Hutch are gay and in a relationship. In that scene Starsky is sleeping in the backseat and when Hutch pushes him so he will get up, Starsky says" not tonight I have a headache". I love the part when Hutch( after getting his turn at sleep) wakes up and says I had a nightmare, a 300 pound hairdresser with a curling iron. For the sheer fun of it, this one of my favorite episodes.moreless

    • At the climax of the story, when Starsky and Hutch race to Amboy's mansion, watch carefully as the Torino makes the sharp turn into the entrance – as the car jolts upwards, the license plate (from the front left of the fender) falls off! Edit
    • The way that the duo notice Amboy is reading his newspaper, the London Daily Dispatch, does not tally with the way Starsky later uses an identical newspaper to re-created the way Amboy's newspaper was folded.
And a further nit-pick: just how did they deduct so quickly which page Amboy was looking at – they fold it on exactly the right page, what are the chances?! Edit
