    • TRIVIA (2)

      • Kind of a petty detail but here it is. In the final scene when Starsky start to run, when he is really kicking it into gear, you can see that his zipper is down on his fly. It is a bit distracting.

      • Small blooper: After the scene where Rosie finds out that Starsky is really a cop, there is one of the common stock footage shots, of Starsky's Gran Torino parked outside the Police Headquarters, but only Hutch is there; Starsky drove the Torino to Rosey's.

    • NOTES (2)

      • This episode has small, a blink-and-miss-it role for a young Stepfanie Kramer (here credited as Stephanie Kramer), who would go on to co-star as Detective Sergeant Dee Dee McCall in seasons 1-6 of Hunter (1984-1991).

      • This is the second of only two stories where Bernie Hamilton (Captain Dobey) appears sporting a full goatee-style beard instead of just his usual moustache - the other occasion being in the feature-length / two-part 'Starsky and Hutch on Playboy Island' (a.k.a. 'Murder on Voodoo Island') at the start of the season, which this story was filmed next in line to.
