Decent story. Starsky shoots up a young punk dead. Starsky is under investigation for the shooting but that's a small fry compared to the guy who wants him dead. The guy is holding a grudge for Starksy and Hutch arresting his son years ago.

The guy starts targeting police officers and demands Starsky's resignation.

This is an interesting episode. The main villain's identify isn't revealed till the end. A lot of this episode is a cat and mouse game to find the guy before he strikes and kills Starsky.

This was a realistic episode as well taking a believable storyline with someone holding a grudge against one of the guys and doing something about it.moreless
