    Yeah it's such a shame. It just never found it's audience. But it was soo good!

    I was a huge fan. As a Jewish person I think its great when we can find shows about other Jews where they aren't played as complete sterotypes. Hannah was a great charecter, and so was Grace.

    I know! They weren't stereotypes but they were still so realistically Jewish, probably because most of the characters were Jewish. It was so funny.

    I was basically in love with this show. I watched it so much! I cried when I realized it wasn't on anymore. And yet, I couldn't remember the title and it took me this long to find it. Damn I love this show. I wish they'd air it again.

    I truly loved this show and since it was before I had my DVR and I was totally inept using my VCR I always made sure I was home for it!

    Why is it that any show that has family values seems to get cancelled? {other than Cosby of course }

    I have a bad habit of getting attached to shows only for them to get cancelled by the end of their first or second season.

    I miss this show.... ah, it brings back fond memories of sitting in my living room with my family and cousins during the summer... yeah I know doesn't sound like a very fun time, but whatever. I remember5 episodes, or maybe they were5 parts of the same episodes, anyway... 1. Grace when she got a skateboard 2. Grace wearing her new, too short dress to school 3. Hannah's mom dieting 4. The debate where Hannah's like "Do you really want to blow up Uranus?"---- That line still pops into my head at the most random moments 5. When Hannah's grandma is buying a brisket... yes I know that is very random...

    Sounds like we like the same type shows. Besides "State of Grace",my top favorites are "Full House","Gilmore Girls" and "Seventh Heaven".It stinks that they've all been cancelled, but at least, with the exception of "State of Grace", we can watch re-runs. What's up with that anyway???It seemed to just disappear suddenly from one week to the next.I have always wondered if maybe it didn't have something to do with racial issues or something.The only African American characters on the show were all subserviant to the main characters in some way(e.g.housekeeper,chauffer,furniture factory employee,etc.).I wonder if maybe someone may have complained that the show was racist or something.It was depicting the way things really were back in the 50's though, so I don't know why anyone could be offended by that.
