Richie is already a bang baby just not a full blown one so shouldn't Ragtag's powers fully awaken Richie's powers instead of giving him diffrent ones?
At the end of the episode in the Abandoned Gas Station of Solitude, Virgil removes his mask by simply pulling it to the side. His mask, however, has been shown before as a band that is pulled over his head to put it on. How then, did Virgil managed to just tug it to the left?
When Richie (Or Push, if you will.) is carrying the two men who fell out of the crane to the roof of the building, you can clearly see him pull his right hand towards his chest to avoid the falling machinery. However, he was suppose to be holding one of the men in that hand, who then reappeared there in the next scene!
(After Ragtag nearly sucked Static's lifeforce out)
Richie: V, you all right? V!
Virgil: When I wake up, remind me to be very angry at you.
Jump: Done playing around?
Static: Almost ... Tag! You it!! (Hits Jump)
Static: (about Run) Boy, talk about stuck on stupid!
Richie: He then races to ... (notices Static) How long have you been standing there?
Static: I came in along with "heinous's henchmen."
Virgil: I guess we'll have to settle this man to man.
Richie: Mano a mano.
Virgil: No quarter asked, no quarter given.
Richie: Gimme a quarter.
Ragtag: Hold still, you!
Richie: I don't know. Somehow, that seems like a really bad idea.
This marks the first time Richie saves people as a hero.
Run, Jump and Push were all members of a crime ring in the comics. They had only one appearence, in which Static had to stop them from robbing a bank while watching the daughter of one of his mom's friends (who also turned out to be a metahuman).
Richie's full name is Richard Osgood Foley.
The old man tells Richie that he can call him Ragtag. Interestingly, neither Richie nor Jump & Run ever refer to him by this name in the entire episode.
Static says that he still pretends to be Green Lantern sometimes. Phil LaMarr, who plays Virgil, also plays the part of Green Lantern in Justice League.
Richie's powers allow him to form things, like a shovel, or a shield, just like Green Lantern's ring worked. The fact that Green Lantern is even mentioned in this episode also alludes to his powers.
