Cody reveals that his name was changed to Steeeeve, but everyone still calls him Cody without him correcting anybody.

When Dana and Rich are in the car, there are really bright headlights in the back window, like a car is right behind them. But when they show the truck from a distance, there is no car there.

In this episode, J.T. is terrible at automotive work and causes much distress to Sam at work. But in season 3, he brags to Dana how he got an A in Auto Shop. J.T. and Dana made a bet on who could perform routine maintenance on a car with Karen and Cody's help.

In last season's "It Didn't Happen One Night", Rich displayed his dancing ability, but now he suddenly needs dancing lessons.

It doesn't seem that Al recognizes Steve Urkel at all, even though he appeared in the first season episode The Dance.

Although Josh Byrne was dropped from the cast, his character's existence from the last six seasons was dropped as well. When Carol mentions the names of where each of her children are, she doesn't even mention Brendan.

Due to airing out of order (this episode was intended to air first, not last), we are suddenly 'introduced' to Jean-Luc and see Rich asking girls out, even though he and Dana have been steadily dating for several episodes at this point.

Carol says that she gave birth to Mark in the snow. However, in his birthday episodes, he has been celebrating in the early fall.

At the party scene when Rich and Dana are having a food fight and they turned on J.T. and threw dip on him, Dana had cake on her whole face. Then the camera turned to J.T. and then her face was clean. Then the camera was on Rich and then it went back to her and the cake was back on her before the two kissed.

Moose last appeared in season three but his name was Slasher who had a multi-million dollar account due to his temporary tattoo business.

In Dana's vision of the future, when she askes Carol why she looks like she has a 24-year-old body, Carol credits the Thighmaster, which Suzanne Somers promoted for years in infomercials.

In the dream you can easily tell that the curls in Dana's hair are fake because she has light blonde hair and the curls were darker blonde hair.

Why did J.T. and Rich spend all night in the backyard under the pouring rain? If you notice from the front shots of the house, there is a front porch they could have slept under.

When Rich is spying on Dana through the front door curtains and Mark and Brendan come down the stairs, you can hear someone say "Rich" (which makes Rich jump and realize the boys are there). But, the voice who calls Rich is neither Brendan or Mark's because it's too high.

When Dana and Rich are making out in the kitchen, J.T. comes down and opens the refrigerator. After he figures out it's Rich and Dana kissing, he screams and the door swings shut as he walks toward them. A few minutes later when the other kids are down stairs it's opened. A few minutes after that J.T. walks out of the house in anger and the door is closed.

The man who announces the delay in the Indiana Jones schedule announces that there will be another show at two o'clock. However, if you look at the sign behind him when Flash approaches him, it states many different times, but 2:00 is not one of them.

In the kitchen scene (between Mark and Carol) towards the end of the episode where they are discussing Mark, Suzanne flips off the camera when her fingers are on her chin.

During the first scene between Dana and Jayne McNeil, the yellow blob of paint on one of McNeil's paintings is in different positions for some frames.

When Cody comes in to the living room, J.T. and Mark are watching Baywatch on TV. Brandon Call who plays J.T., played Hobie Buchannon in the first season of Baywatch.

When Karen is talking to Al about the frat party she wants to go to, Karen says that the party is for college students and "Mature High School Seniors", referring to herself; But it isn't until the Season 7 premiere when Karen starts college. A Season 6 episode "It Didn't Happen One Night" even features scenes with Al and Karen as if they go to the same school with Al still in high school at that point.
