  • This show is an excellent look into the mind of the smartest physicist in the world.

Though this show is about some of the most advanced topics in physics, astronomy, and philosophy, it does an excellent job of staying informative and interesting. Topics such as black holes, string theory, temporal mechanics, and philosophy are portrayed in such a way that it is possible to understand them. Dialogue from Stephen Hawking himself make for astounding thinking and thought experiments. What happens as you approach the speed of light? What happens as you pass the speed of light? What happens when you fall into a black hole? All those are questions posed that create breakthroughs in science, mathematics, religion, and philosophy. It is amazing how much we can learn from simply asking those questions. This show does the job of explaining the answers and questions that have and will plague is for an indefinite amount of time.
