We see that Kyle still has at least one illegally obtained slot machine in his basement. We first saw a Double Diamond machine in "Still Irresponsible." We see a modern Wild Cherry machine in this episode.
Judy: (to Linda) The key to a good relationship is communication.
Bill : Where's my dinner, wife?
Judy: Shut it!
Kyle: I can't go with you to the Bulls game tonight. I'm taking a wine-tasting class with Linda instead.
Bill: (points at Linda) Ruiner! Ruiner of men!
Judy: Sounds like [Perry]'s really gonna fight to get Linda back.
Lauren: That's $50. Bad news for you, Brian.
Brian: Oh, really? Did you happen to see the bouquet? Carnations—I don't think so.
Bill: Our gay son is right. Perry's gonna need some help.
Judy: You were right about him.
Brian: I'm not gay!
Judy: No, I mean Perry. But for the record, who didn't notice they were carnations?
(Judy, Bill, and Lauren raise their hands)
Judy: The only time Bill ever swept me off my feet was when I almost stepped on a peanut butter cup.
Bill: [Kyle]'s used to strippers and bimbos. He's not going to lower his standards just to date Linda.
Perry: I can't compete with a guy like Kyle. He's rich and he's here and he's been married three times, so he's obviously good at it.
Bill: We gotta kill Linda!
Judy: What for this time?
Linda: I got you this magazine rack.
Kyle: Classy! It'll be perfect for my issues of Rack magazine.
Music: "Love Will Keep Us Together" by Captain and Tennille.
Though credited, Joel Murray does not appear in this episode.
