Though it seems as if both teams are chasing the same tornado, there are actually two different tornadoes that were filmed on June 17, 2010. Both were multivortex EF4s that hit near the Wadena, Minnestota area. The first, which TIV followed while The Dominator intercepted it, had a 40 mile path (from .1 t0 1.3 miles wide) which began just northeast of Leaf Valley, MN and traveled northeast to Bluffton, MN (located 5 miles northwest of Wadena). It had winds that reached 175 mph, and was responsible for one death, 5 injuries, and many buildings destroyed. The second which TIV witnesses hit Wadena itself injured 20 people, blew two homes completely off their foundations, threw several school buses 100 ft through the air, but thankfully, there were no fatalities from it. Its path was 10 miles long, and at times was a 1.1 miles wide.
