When the son of a rich and powerful Cavanaugh family (Paul Rossilli) arrives in town, he is escorted by a federal agent (Dennis Franz) attempting to protect him from a terrorist group. While Altobelli faces hard time trying to get along with the bossy fed, Jesse is approached by a beautiful reporter (Ann Turkel), who wants to write an article on Cavanaugh.
