Bianca Jagger is credited as a Special Guest Star.
For the first time, Jesse uses hyperthrust in heavy traffic. Previously he has only used it to ride the bike on empty back roads or in the city during the night.
Nitpick: If the Street Hawk project is supposed to be a top secret government mission, why is Jesse making phone calls to Norman at his desk at the police department where anyone can hear him?
Jesse: I know we're playing on the same team. Sometimes I wonder if we're playing the same game.
Norman: Oh, sure we are. It's just that we're playing with my ball.
(Norman making a fuss about a minor damage on the bike)
Norman: Do you see that?
Jesse: See what?
Norman: The crack.
Jesse: What crack?
Norman: That crack.
Norman: In the wheel.
Jesse: I don't see it, Norman.
Norman: Well of course not! It's not visible to the naked eye!
(Norman telling Jesse to handle the bike more carefully)
Norman: You have to learn to caress it.
Jesse: Caress it? Sounds like it's my dancing partner.
Norman: Well, exactly! You wouldn't drop your date on the floor when you're about to dip her, would you?
Jesse: Who dips!?
(about the Street Hawk's psych evaluation)
Rachel: This guy is a real wacko. He probably had a tragic upbringing, three or four broken marriages, approaching middle age, probably never could hold a steady job. He's a loner. You know the type, a real loser.
Jesse: (grinning) Well, nobody's perfect.
(about the police catching the Street Hawk)
Altobelli: It's just a matter of time.
Reporter #2: Didn't the Sheriff of Nottingham say the same thing about Robin Hood?
This is a reference to the legend of Robin Hood, an outlaw who stole from the rich to give to the poor. The Sheriff of Nottingham was in charge of capturing Robin Hood, but he was able to trick the sheriff and not get caught.
Norman: He's (Gault) got a M79.
M79 is a grenade launcher, first used during the Vietnam War.
