This week on Basic Black: This month marks the one year anniversary of the death of 11 year-old Carl Walker-Hoover, who committed suicide as a result of being bullied at school. Tonight, we'll look at the impact of bullying and potential solutions to keep children safe. Later, in recognition of Earth Day, we'll discuss the economic and health impacts of environmental racism and activism, as well as the benefits to communities of color of the "green economy."
