The George plot in this episode was very strange, although there were many very funny moments. The Tessa plot discussed what needed to be discussed, but there weren't really any moments that were very funny other than the Ryan doing something stupid joke.
I thought the most appreciative parts of the show included Lisa's dig on UF (I'm a Floridian, UF can be harder to get into than some Ivy League schools), and the importance of pursuing one's goals & dreams in life. The quality of these episodes fluctuate, but I have checked 'em all out, I do love the cast, and I love it when the show gets it right, as it did here. And I also love Tessa & Ryan together.
