Super Seniors is an exercise show that focuses on teaching senior
citizens how to stay in shape. Hosted by ACE certified instructor Megan
McCracken, each episode of the show features a different theme and
focus, allowing viewers to try new things while expanding their palate
of exercise techniques. It follows a natural progression, allowing
viewers to increase the difficulty of their routine with each episode.
The show focuses on strength training, cardio, balance and martial arts.
