Second Episode
In February 1992, Double Dare celebrated the NBA All Star weekend by doing an All Star Double Dare special. Participating in this event on the red team Wayman Tissdale (sp?) from the Sacramento Kings, and Charles Smith from the LA Clippers. On the blue team, Rick Berry from the Golden State Warriors, and Bob LeMear from Milwaukee and Detroit. Both teams were playing for different charities. In the obstacle course, all obstacles were worth these different dollar amounts: $25 for the first two, $50 for obstacles 3 and 4, $100 for obstacles 5 and 6, and $200 for obstacles 7 and 8. All prizes and money won during the course went to charities. Because this was a celebrity episode, all four celebrities were given the opportunity to take part in the course. Because the celebrities were "veterans," Marc gave them an extra second to run the course. The course was won with one second left, and to celebrate, Marc was dragged on top of Burrito Surprise.moreless
