Like in a previous episode when the Superfriends are in space, even though Robin has an oxygen helmet to breathe, he's not wearing a spacesuit which means his exposed legs should instantly get frostbite.
Goof: Superman uses his heat vision to remove the coloring of his costume when disguising himself as a vampire to deceive Count Dracula. But when he reveals himself before capturing him, the colors of the costume reappear without any explanation.
Goofs: First, the airline jet is pressurized to prevent the thin outside air from getting inside, so there's no way the vampire's dust would have gotten in to change the crew and passengers into vampires. And second, with no one inside the plane after the people onboard were changed and fly out in vampire bat form, how exactly did the plane land safely? Even on autopilot, there's no way it could have been programmed to land. It most likely would have crashed unless Superman was nearby to prevent it.
Although they wear space helmets as they sneak onboard the alien spaceship, Batman and Robin don't wear spacesuits. Maybe Batman's costume might provide more insulation, but in Robin's case, it's definitely more dangerous considering his bare legs would be instantly frozen in deep space.
