Dean called Henry a son of a b*tch.
Considering that Henry are the boys' grandfather, Dean was technically calling his own great grandmother a b*tch but then again the boys never knew their great grandmother to know for sure whether she was a b*tch or not.
I think you're taking it a bit too literally. 
It is not about taking things too literally it is about realising of what one is saying.
Yeah but when most people throw out son of a bitch (espeically as much as Dean does) they don't mean it exactly like that.
