    I don't know if this is proper but why do I get the feeling that A rifle is gonna be made in this episode and its gonna be the origin of the winchester rifle.

    I have high hopes for this episode - should quicken the Eve storyline a bit. I wonder what Colt will have to say about everything that has happened, and will happen.

    Decent episode, cowboy theme was a refreshing angle though the overall quality could've been better.

    Well, given what happened later I wonder if he's using up people's souls to get Heavenly power ups and win the war. He seemed awfully knowledgeable about all that for someone who, supposedly, has never done it before (at least I would guess).

    Great episode. A stand alone time travel episode that still advanced the season arc, humour and angst overallall the characters grew though angel aspect is beginning to run in to the territory of them being flat out evil as Lucifer was

    Well Dean does consider most angels a**holes, so that angel aspect shouldn't be suprising.

    Well I guess so too.. Faith did say Castiel was making a some kind ofweapon made of human souls or that shoots souls, something like that.

    Well of course you do, how else would they have an excuse for the Back to the Future type ending?


    Fun episode. I loved how much Dean was essentially geeking out on all the Western stuff.


    Liked seeing Samuel Colt, still great even if drunk and retired.


    Didn't mind the Phoenix getting his revenge before Dean killed him, Western Frontier Justice, yeah!


    Now it looks like Castiel will do anything to win the war and we know what he's using human souls for, power sources, kind of Matrix-y.

    I liked this episode, it was fun and enjoyable. Only downside we couldn't see more of that period and Colt, but It didn't ruin the episode's enjoyment. Solid episode, I'm still hoping for some flashbacks to periods closer to the pilot, but I guess JMD is probaly the issue here.

    great episode, moved both storylines along whilst being entertaining. I have a feeling Eve's demise might be imminent, maybe the Angel war is the main bad guy/thing for the season? plus I am confused about where the Colt is in the present. they used it last to attempt to kill Lucifer, where'd it go after that?


    *edit* just saw the promo of the next episode, and I retract anything I just said about Eve.

    Kinda sad about the Phoenix guy considering he was getting old-time western justice for his wife! The guy was a good guy doing nothing wrong, then HUMANS f*ked it all up!

    Okay what? Who is Faith and when did they say that? Shoots souls?

    More likely souls are the everready batteries that Cas is using. After seeing Cas and Bobby I suspect he's actually absorbing human souls to get a power boost to fight Raph. Let's not forget, as far as we know, Cas is still just an angel and Raph is an archangel and he would need a power boost to go toe to toe with Raph (assuming he's actually going toe to toe at all, that is).
