I have seen where this is suppose to be a very good show. I have yet to watch an episode. I like character driven shows with character development.

Shows like Dexter or Battlestar Galactica come to mind when thing of character driven shows. Also are there story arcs or is it like a one case per episode type thing.

    Thanks for any feedback!

Let's put it this way, I've yet to find people who dislike it. Some love it, some like it, some can watch it when they zap by. It's got good story, good acting and if you get hooked, you will want to watch it to the end.

And yes it has as most shows these days both case by case episodes mixed in with an overall red thread that follows the major plotline

Yes, it took six or seven episodes to get going but since it has been brilliant.

There's character development, especially from season 3 on.

you can either buy/rent the seasons or watch them on TNT, right now they are airing the second season. But I HIGHLY recommend watching it from the beginning, if you don't, not only will you not get it because the story has A LOT to it, but you probably won't like it, because you won't understand it. The characters are great, the story is great, and it is very different than anything else on TV. But give it at least five or six episodes to get into it. The show starts off with more of a one case per episode format, with an under lying theme to connect the episodes, but later expands to a complete story arc that lasts throughout the fifth season, and starts a new one in season six, though each season has its own minor story arc that contributes to the big one. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me.

i bought the dvd's 1st 2 seasons and sold them, trying to get into the story. lost interest. then in season 3 somewhere i became interested again, and now am hooked. it changed alot after season2. but because i now follow it pretty close i enjoy the old eps alot. the eps i was'nt that fond of to begin with. it was because of the character developement that i got back into it. i think mood has alot to do with movies and tv. i have liked and disliked both depending on "where i am at " sounds strange, but it has been the case several x's for me... i would deff watch now if you can and tnt will start season 1 again soon they do 10 eps a week...
