Trivia: Death drives a 1959 Cadillac Series 62 - 2 Door Hardtop Coupe.

In the scene that shows Lucifer over the corpses of the pagan gods, one of the corpses blinks.

Castiel walks into the abandoned muffler factory in Van Nuys where the beautiful room is located. As the door closes behind him, you can clearly see that he's wearing an undershirt beneath his white shirt. However, a few minutes later when he rips his shirt off in the fight with the other angels, he's not wearing an undershirt.

When Sam is about to start preparing his salad shake in the diner, he places the plastic fork upside down between his teeth. In the close-up less than a second later, the fork is the other way up.

At the beginning of the episode where Gary/Sam is in the bar drinking the banana daiquiri, the levels of the beverage go up and down from scene to scene.

There are several "errors" exist that are typically found in body-switching-type episodes of this sort, but are unavoidable because of either dramatic necessity to make things clear to the audience (Sam's voice instead of Gary's being heard when Dean plays back his messages), the fact that ultimately these are actors performing roles (sight lines), or to avoid distracting the audience (clothing that fits regardless of body).

When Dean is shot, the bullet wound is on the left side of his back. When he falls to his knees, however, the wound is on the right side.

In the scene where Dean is testing the joy buzzer on the ham, he raises the shield on his safety glasses in shock when he turns to speak to Sam, but in the next cut when Dean goes to take them off his head the shield is back down again.

The lady's name in the show is "Consuela", but the actual name is "Consuelo". Besides, she claims to be from El Salvador but her accent sounds Caribbean.

When the brothers are questioning the maid, she says that the suspect had "bigotes" which means a mustache. However, Sam translates that as beard which is "barba" in Spanish. The maid should have said "barba" so it would make sense.

Although the episode is set in River Pass, Colorado, in the scene where Sam and Dean are confronting one of the horsemen, a Canada Post mailbox can be seen on the right-hand side of the screen.

At the end, when Sam goes to leave, he lifts his right leg over the bench to get up in the far shot. Then in the second close shot after that, he lifts it over again.

Trivia: When Sam and Dean were flipping through radio stations and finally gave up after hearing nothing but reports of impending disasters, the time on the clock was 11:58PM. Iron Maiden released a song in 1984 called Two Minutes to Midnight which told a story of how mankind's penchant of war would result in his destruction.

When Becky finds Sam and Dean at the hotel, she calls Sam "Sam Winchester". Last season, when the guys meet Chuck, he states that he didn't include their last name in the books.
