Worth watching or is the end unsatisfying?

    This looks like the kind of show I'd enjoy but can see it got cancelled after the one season. People say it was only meant for one season, so was the end satisfying or is that why everyone got upset about it? Like many of you, I'm sick of getting into a story only to have it show pulled without a decent ending. Imagine reading books that way! The last chapter just whisked away...


    So, shall I give Surface a try or save myself some grief?

    I still say it was worth watching. I do agree to many show just end. The three that come to mind are Earth 2, Crossing Jordan & of course Surface. I love your Book analogy. Hope to see the cast in newer stuff. Just bought the series @ Walmart for 10$ U.S.

    Very much worth watching, though you will curse they didnt bring back season 2 after the final scene.

    I now have it on DVD and watched the final 4 episodes last night and the ending does leave you wanting more. All in all, its worth watching.
