Let me be clear, this is most likely the best this show is going to get. Do not expect 30 Rock, Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond etc. from this show, but if you enjoyed this episode then you should keep watching this show.
For the first time Dr. Jim was actually really funny and showed signs of personality, as opposed to the generic "wacky neighbor" tag he had seemingly been stuck with throughout the first three episodes.
As great as Bob Saget was, G. Hannelius (who plays Courtney Patterson) showed signs of remarkable acting ability for a young age and should have a bright career ahead of her. Definitely one of TV's better child actors at the moment.moreless
