Episode Summary

EDIT
After returning from Tribal Council, Steve wants to reconcile with Phillip, but after doing so, Phillip doesn't think it was genuine. Rob then says he is protecting Phillip in an attempt to take him to the end. The next morning, Phillip says he had a vision telling him where his shorts are and after a short search, he is able to find them. On Redemption Island, Matt confesses he is reaching his breaking point but continues to have strong faith that he is there for a reason. Later after returning from the redemption duel, Andrea feels that Matt may be angry with her for assisting in voting him out. After the Immunity Challenge, Jeff gives the tribe a mystery package that they aren't supposed to open until they get to tribal. Back at the beach, Rob suspects that the twist may be that two people will be voted out. Rob tells his alliance that if this is the case, they will vote for Ralph first and Andrea second since she is the closest with Matt.moreless

  • Business as usual in Nicaragua. Zapaterra continues to get voted off one by one. Despite his whining Matt is still able to stay alive. Philip continues to be the comedy relief with his insane ramblings.moreless

As with the previous episodes there were no surprises at all in this episode. That does not necessarily mean it was a bad episode, but it was very predictable. I laughed myself silly when Phillip said he was visited in a dream by a long deceased relative who told him where to find his swim trunks. He found his swim trunks because Julie told him where to find them at the previous Tribal Council! Phillip belongs in the rubber room. Seeing Grant, Rob and Andrea shovel handfuls of chocolate cake into their mouths was something I could have done without.moreless
  • Welcome to the Rob Show!!!

    6.5
This episode was the saddest episode of this season, because the sheep are now officially corraled and ready to be slaughtered. Rob's tribe has focused on the other team as the enemy and have accepted everything that Rob says as law. Boy are they truly clueless. If they think that he won't stab each one of them in the back when he decides they are no longer useful to him, then they shouldn't be upset when he sends each one of them home. This was the girls' best opportunity to have a chance at making it to the final three, but it evaporated tonight.

Matt is truly awesome. He is on this season to encourage the christians, like myself, watching him continue on even though people (Rob) try to kick him down. He will encourage many people, including Julie, and make them see how good God truly is and how much He loves each of us.moreless
  • No more Zapatera...Nice to see it all went down the drain without Russell.

I knew this would happen...A lot of people all knew, Rob being one of them...Who didn't? Farmer Ralph...Who advocated for the elimination of Russell...I think it's fair to see he is at the end of the road...Maybe he will survive the elimination challenge, but he won't reach top 3, top 4...

What was really annoying is seeing none of these "heroes" went to look for the idol...They just stood on their fat assess waiting to get eliminated...Now imagine Russell would have been here, he would have had a full focus group...You would have sensed Boston Rob fear...Without it he's pretty much the winner...

In connection with Matt, I was appalled...Never saw a pitiful person in my life...Crying, qq, playing the victim...wtf...And this guy eliminated Russell...Unbelievable how lucky some are...

90% this will be Rob's game, because he only need to win the next and he's in top 4....He will use the idol at top 5...So 6 remain...Probably Andrea will go next, followed by Phillip and Grant.moreless
  • And this proves why Russell is so great!

Zapatera is GONEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot express how excited I am at this fact, and now it will be very interesting to see who teams up with who as Ometepe battles it out with one another.

I thin k Phillip is just hilarious as usual. His meditation to his Cherokee great-grandfather yielded some results, but I am saddened to say, WHERE is the FEATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????!!!!!!!!

I definitely thought that they were going to turn on Andrea, but I am very glad that they did not. While I don't mind Steve, Andrea is my second favorite behind Phillip.

THe Immunity Challenge was a little weird, but I enjoyed the second one, which was a great challenge back on Nicaraguea (and maybe on an earlier season as well, that I haven't seen) and Rob was clearly going to win that last one!

All up, a good enpisode, although easily predictable! I can't wait for the next one, because there are four on Redemption Island, and also, Ometepe will duke it out!

Great episode, great work, and I reocommend watching it!!!moreless
