Anything Could Happen

Aired Wednesday 8:00 PM May 16, 2010 on CBS

  • Trivia

    • Jerri, Candace, and Sandra were the only players this season to either match or improve upon their finishes from any previous season each of them competed.

    • Jerri is the only contestant to fare significantly better in this season compared to their previous finish. She finished 8th in the Outback and was pre-jury in "All-Stars".

    • The final five consists of 2 winners and 2 runner-ups. This means that all but one have previously participated in the rites of passage ritual.

    • Russell joins Mick from "Samoa", Stephen from "Tocantins", "Sugar" from "Gabon", Cassandra and "Dreamz" from "Fiji", and Becky from "Cook Islands" as the only contestants to reach a final and not receive any votes to win.

    • Parvati played "Survivor" for a total of 114 days, a "Survivor" record.

    • Jerri's Final Four finish makes James Clement the first player ever to play three times and never make the final four.

  • Quotes

    • Sandra: (referring to final tribal council) I don't think it's about the money tonight. I think it's about the title of "Sole Survivor". That's all Russell wants and if that is what Russell wants, then that is what I've got to make sure Russell don't get.

    • Sandra: Russell is obnoxious so I took his hat and I threw it in the fire. I don't care.

    • Russell: I've suffered way too much in this game not to win it. I have to win it.

    • Russell: So, I'm going to use Sandra for me to win the million dollars. She can't beat me.

    • Jerri: (referring to Parvati) If I watch her torch get snuffed and her walk off, I'm not going to cry. I'm going to be happy about it.

    • Colby: (after being voted out) I guess I'm not destined to win this game.

    • Parvati: (referring to final five immunity challenge) If Colby had won the challenge, it would have been insanity here today and I would have had to make a decision I didn't want to make right now.

    • Sandra: (referring to Russell) He wants to micromanage the whole tribe and unfortunately I'm not the kind of person you can micromanage. Sorry.
