I'm confused! Doesn't the jury members start forming after the top 12. Katie was 12th place and, therefore, should have been the first jury member

Hmm, that's a good point! I was never a fan of jury members coming from pre-merge anyway since there's a good chance they'd be voting for people they barely met (especially since they don't seem to do shuffles anymore). I'm curious to see what's up with this now. Next episode should answer most possibilities I think. If the next one becomes "first member of our jury", then it's a final two, nine person jury. If they don't, could be a final three, seven person jury situation.

...and if they walk Katie in during tribal, then Jeff just forgot to mention it, haha.

Well, the latest episode would appear to indicate a final two, nine person jury! The only other option would be a final three, eight person jury...there was an eight person jury in Micronesia, so maybe.

no,there was never tie in voting. Either some won with 4/5 (9 person jury) votes or in those first seasons 3/4 (7 person jury) votes or some won with landslide. Even when there were 8 people in Fans vs. Favourites Parvatti won easily.

yeah it would be. my guess is that they would do re-vote,if anyone on jury would want to change his/her vote and if still a tie,then maybe they do some challenge(make fire,quiz,etc.).....or maybe they would draw a rock for 1st place that would be awsome

but in these seasons,people pretty much win with landslide nowdays. Tie would work way back,when you had Colby and Tina. Or players like them,when people still brought worthy to finals. Back then they had some decisions to make who won,nowdays you got 2 cocktail riders and one who "burned" all of them in game in finals. I hope this season has final 2 in it and hope that either Penner,Malcolm,Denise or Lisa are in final.
