  • Why have two tribal councils?

    8.0
    "Great"
I have to give this show an "above average" rating due to the fact that I absolutely loved the challenge. Any time that Survivor does a physical challenge, it is always more fun to watch. Case in point--it was great seeing all of the tribe members take their aggressions out on each other as they tried to remove one person from a large telephone pole and drag them across the sand. I was quite impressed with Candace and Ozzie. As for the double elimination night--why even have a larger number of people only to have multiple boots in one night? It doesn't make it more exciting for the viewers. Come on, Mark Burnett. Think of something new!moreless

  • Interesting episode, loved the challenge!

    9.3
    "Superb"
I must say that this episode was good, but it wasn't AS riveting as the past ones have been. However, I LOVED the challenge, seeing everyone scrap it out really brought a animalistic approach into it. How awesome was it that Candice held out for so long??? I couldn't believe how fast they got Nate off the pole. You'd think the guys would be able to hold on for longer. But *tsk tsk* on Cristina for pulling the hair, although I'd love to say I wrestled a cop too! I have to say too that I think everyone is going to find out that Yul has the immunity, especially if he tells more people. And what about that Tribal Council?? I can't wait for the merge when Adam and Candice are on the same tribe again...if they can last until then. It could prove for an interesting alliance...or heartbreak...who knows. And Candice what a player! First Billy now Adam...what does she think she's doing hehe. Her and Adam are cute together, and you never know what might happen. Look at Rob and Amber..ya never know. Can't wait for the next episode after this weeks recap!moreless

  • Double elimination

    9.2
    "Superb"
First of all, there is a correction to be made and that Jenny didn't get voted out. It was a double elimination as it was Coa Boi and Cristina got voted out of Aitu and Rara respectedly. And that Coa Bois tribe got to eat supper as well as spare Nate from immunity, which I thought was a dumb mistake on their part!

    • Cao Boi says the name of the episode when he woke up from a strange dream that spawned a plan he called "Plan Voodoo" to reveal the hidden Immunity Idol. • The voting out of Cao Boi and the feast of lamb after his voting out could be a metaphor for cannibalism or The Custom of the Sea. The Custom of the Sea was a maritime custom in which stranded survivors draw lots to see who would be killed and eaten so that some of the men might live. Since lamb in ancient times where used in sacrifices, and in Christianity bread was a metaphor for the body of Christ this straightens this theory. Edit
