  • Cochran deserves it. Comparing him with Russell?

    7.5
Derbest: From the beginning this game was more than just brawn. Malcolm's timing was rotten. To split from Stealth-R-Us that early and hook up with Corrine and the Amigos was a terrible decision that spelled his faith, even though he found so many idols. Cochran didn't play under the radar: he was very active in all of the major moves in this game; from blindsiding Corrine, Andrea and Brenda to winning quite a few immunities. The guy played an all-round game. Much like Earl when he won his season. Malcolm found idols and formed terrible alliances and I'm not speaking from only hindsight here. Why jump with Corrine and friends when he was already on the numbers side. He could've attacked Stealth from the inside instead of marking himself as the enemy that early. When Phillip told his group to vote as they had planned after Malcolm and his amigos pulled out their idols, Malcolm was screwed and he knew it. Had Phillip not said that I believe Malcolm did not intend to play his idol then. From that point if he couldn't find the other idol he knew he was screwed. He did not deserve to win. Cochran was a step ahead of him all the way. I was surprised Cochran chose Dawn rather than take Eddie to the finals. Sherri was a definite since she didn't do squat and everyone knew it. Don't think she had much choice. The longer she waited to make a move the more she realized if she didn't she'd be dragged to the end.

I do think they should include all the players. I do like to hear from all the players although I could understand Brandon's omission. Is it true the preview for next season is about "blood being thicker than water," pointing to an all Hantz survivor season?moreless
  • Perfect game for Cochran

    8.5
It's the second time someone won 0-7, he has played the perfect game. He has initiated the Brenda and Andrea vote, those two were by far the deciding eliminations. He has anticipated and timed it perfectly. Cochran deserved to win. Congratulations Cochran. I'm very happy a longtime Survivor fan has won.
  • Waste of space reunion.

What in the name of earth was up with the pre-jurors beind forced to sit in the audience as though they were just some side show going on by the side for a few episodes.

I thought Corinne deserved half the screentime of the reunion - along with Phillip, Andrea, Brenda and Malcolm - but they just ignored them to talk to the annoying duo that I can't stand. Like Andrea got two words in the whole reunion and Corinne showed a fake smile.

The Cochran/Dawn pair is just making me gag. The way Dawn celebrated Cochran winning the last Immunity Challenge was despicable. Clearly she wasn't there to actually try to win. She was just there to aid and abet somebody else.

The reunion itself was deplorable. They just ignored and completely disrespected half of the people in the game which I found repulsive on behalf of the producers.

They didn't even give a proper introduction to next season which was the only reason I had continued watching to be honest.

Only thing I liked about it was seeing Brenda and what's up wit h her! All the best to her!moreless
  • Sad ending when final 3 are all unvotable pople. Best of the lame and worst won:|

    1.0
I know some people will praise Cochran and say how he deserved to win and all that bla bla bla.

But when I see the quality of the players who were on this season and ended by eliminated so Cochran and Dawn can be there, that's just sad.

    Cochran wins and Russell looses.

Can we seriously compare them skill wise?

I would have been okay with say Phillip or Malcolm becoming Lead Survivor but Cochran even with his winning 4 challenges-btw because he was fighting with low prepared players, not because he was a good.

I want skilled players to win not those that avoid the radar.

Really annoying to see in Survivor not the best one wins but the worst.

In my opinion I think we should have a superstar season to every 4 seasons of Survivor.

Then we can see how Cochran will win against Russell or Rob or Phillip or Coach or Colton.

    They're gonna blow him up.

Don't understand how some people only care for watching season with new people.

Seriously? Aren't you tired of bad plots?

When Russell got eliminated his team lost it quite fast and easy.

With Russell leading they would have destroyed Rob.

I don't care about players but of skill, about well thought plans and surprising moves.

I want to see someone say : Final 4, if i don't take the favorite out I'll loose.

Not to be comfortable for final 3.

Still haven't recovered from seeing Russell using the idol so smartly that he got both Rob and Tyson out with 1 vote.
