Episode Summary

EDIT
As the Fang tribe wakes up, everyone hopes for a merge. But instead they receive tree mail suggesting them to practice for an upcoming reward challenge. Fang wins the reward of a traditional experience in a Gabon village. While over on Kota, Kenny realizes that he has slowly learned how to play the game of survivor well as he is able to provide fish for the tribe. On Exile Island, Bob follows the clues to find the idol but is frustrated when he can't find it. He creates his own fake idol to try and psych out his other tribemates. Later, when the two tribes meet for the Immunity Challenge, Jeff tells them they have now merged and are competing for individual immunity. After returning to camp, Charlie and his alliance (Corinne, Bob and Randy) say they will all vote for Crystal. Meanwhile, Kenny rounds up his alliance (Matty, Susie and Crystal) to vote for Charlie. So both sides try to get Sugar to vote their way. Going into Tribal Council, the newly named tribe (Nobag) are clearly divided.moreless

  • Well well well! Thinsg start turning around!

Very very interesting episode today! So there is a Reward challenge BEFORE we get to the merge and then at the merge, it seems like Sugar is caught in the middle and will sway the votes 5-4, one way or the other!

It was quite interesting to watch. I thought both challenges were great, and I can't believe Susie won Immunity! It was quite disgraceful that seven of them couldn't start a fier, and it all came down between Susie and Sugar, with Susie winning it all.

So The Kota Alliance targets Crystal and the Fang Alliance targets Charlier. I was quite surprised at why Sugar stuck with Fang, as she ementioned her doubts about Kenny and Crystal. I guess she must have fel t some loyalty to Matty, which is why she stayed there.

I didn't really like Charlier at all, so I was happy at the outcome. Crystal is one of my favourites, so I am relieved to see her stay!moreless
  • Just when I thought this season might be turning around...

Ok...I'm just going to come out and say this, I can't stand Crystal, Ken or Suzie. I don't know why but I can't stand their existence in this game. The last 3 weeks they've hinted at voting one of them out, and kill me in the end. Arg! Ok this episode was pretty dang good until then end. The reward was pretty cool, and something i've never seen them do. But really I could have lived without it, I have never liked the episode where the reward is a trip to some village. I'm sure it's a great experience for the castaways, but really I just get nothing from it. Another thing that bugs me, the whole fake idol thing is getting old. After the last few times, is anyone going to fall for it? In Bob's defense it was the best looking fake idol there has been, I guess if Crystal/Ken/Suzie falls for it...then yey, but everyone knows Sugar has the idol. Anyway...the rest of the episode was merge, Suzie winning (blah) and Charlie leaving :( I can already tell what the rest of the season will be, Boom Randy, Boom Corinne, Boom Bob, Boom Sugar, Boom Matty, then we'll be left with the Evil Empire (that's right, a throw back to you Dan)

    My predictions

    Reward: um....Bob?

Immunity: Crystal (i have a feeling she'll start showing her skills right when i don't want her to :()

The Boot: Randy, everyone on the evil empire wants him gone

Also, 3 weeks ago would you have thought Dan's vote off would have changed the game this much? first we'd have Suzie gone, then Ken, then Crystal tonight..DOH!

    oh well...see ya next weekmoreless
  • Well, well, well. Looks like Kota isn't in power any more.

And...Charlie went home. That's three blindsides in a row. Great ones at that. Seems to me this should be an interesting season to watch. So far, I'm loving it. With Marcus and Charlie gone, the rest of the onions will go. Thankfuly, that means no more Randy and Corrine, unless if they pull something magical out of their hats. So far, I'm glad with the Fang group in control. It takes more than a few wins at immunity to be succesful in this game, and they are proving just that. I'd like to see Ken, Matty, and Crystal or Sugar in the final three. Susie and Bob, I like them, but I don't see them getting to the final four. Anyway, let's all hope for Corrine and Randy being the next two to go.moreless
  • Really well done this show! Now the former, original second Kota alliance is breaking down.

Just when you have the game figured out. You think that it is going to end for the Fang tribe. And that the new Kota is now feeling the heat. They are now losing the challenges. Glad that the new Fang with only Matty that I like and Sugar some. Corrine, Charlie, and Randy were in for a huge shock. When the "Kota God" Marcus was voted out. Are experiencing how to now win. Then they merge all of a sudden. Susie wins immunity surprisingly with the fire challenge. She really gave it to the others. In order to stay in the game. Surprised that she has made it far. Sugar was the swing vote and in the end, voted out Charlie. Yet another blindside. They need to get rid of Randy. Randy is so evil.moreless
