Episode Summary

Dan, on Espada, turns to Holly and tells her he is thinking of quitting because of the weather and while Yve is collecting wood, she feels left out of the older alliance because of the vote for Tyrone at the previous Tribal Council. On La Flor, all the younger members and Jane are against Marty and Jill, the older members of the tribe. At the Immunity Challenge, the contestants compete for individual immunity because both tribes will be going to Tribal Council. After winning one of the immunity necklaces, Jill also wins a feast for her tribe. After the challenge, La Flor returns to their camp relieved to know they will be feasting. But Brenda is not happy knowing that Marty and Jill both have some form of immunity. So "Sash" comes up with a plan to split the votes between Marty and Kelly B. while Marty lies to "Fabio" about his leadership skills. On Espada, the younger members are undecided about who to vote for, but Dan and Yve both feel vulnerable. Back on La Flor, "Sash" tells "Fabio" the plan to try and flush out Marty's idol by voting for him. But "Fabio" doesn't feel comfortable with that. Then at Tribal Council, the person voted out of La Flor comes down to a tie. After a tie-breaking vote, La Flor feasts on kebabs while Espada prepares their vote.moreless

  • In the previous episode, it was NaOnka who wanted to quit. In this episode, it's Dan. Holly manages to talk him out of it. At the immunity challenge, Jeff surprises the tribes once again by saying that both tribes will go to Tribal Council.moreless

    7.0
"Worst Case Scenario" is the best episode of "Survivor: Nicaragua" so far. It's is not a great episode, but it the only one so far worth seeing in my opinion. One of the main reasons is because we see little of NaOnka. A very welcome break from the norm with her. Another reason is we see more player interaction here. It's certainly more interesting that hearing the players say how much they hate one another. Wade showed us echoes of Russell Hantz when he lied to Fabio about being a chess master. It appears to have worked. A strong episode.moreless
  • Two people get voted out!

    8.0
Two people get voted out. Win or lose tribal council. One tribe will feast at tribal council, which means the winning tribe. While they get to hear the losing tribe. As it is Kelly that has the one leg leaving. As I liked her and that Na Onka really was a jerk. For putting her down. And Yve, that I liked too. As she got hung out to dry. Marty is doing all he can to take control of his tribe. And is becoming a huge tyrant in the process. Chase and Benery are quiet, yet strong types. That really are developing quite nicely.moreless
  • Finally an exciting episode...Marty did some sick play here..

    10
I was impressed when I saw Marty not playing the idol...Seriously 9/10 people would have played it...I was even more surprised to see Brenda's game...Why vote Kelly B and not Marty?the dude doesn't use his idol so it's a freebie, and moreover after shaming him at the Tribal Council and making him a real enemy- I know his kind, vindictive, ruthless, he will get back on Brenda if it's the last thing he does-she might have just lost 1,000,000 dollars...La Fleur will be interesting in the next few episodes, Marty I think has turned Fabio and with him they got 3-4, won't be an issue to use idol and remove Brenda...she should watch out... On Espada, I must say I love Dan's game, he might have a shot to get in first 6.moreless
  • What an amazing episode! Certinly a terrific one!

    10
This episode revealed the season's first ever Individual Immunity. The first challenge was not particularly amzing, but I enjoyed the ring toss for the reward. Good on you, Jill, she's certainly an excellent player!

Furthermore, the strategic battle between Marty and Brenda intensified, and became really interesiting. Marty quite easily dazed and dofooled Fabio.

In the end, it was Kelly B. who was gone, so I don't know who won the battle between Brenda and Marty - it goes one more episode to see just what will happen...

In the other tribe, sadly Yve was sent home, another player whom I liked very much.

Keep it up, Survivor, this season is officially haeding in the right direction!moreless
  • Oh My!

    7.0
I think it is safe to say that no one was surprised by the double vote off thanks to promos for this episode. I think it surprised us when 2 of the old older tribe won indiviual immunities, given their current win/loss record. Another bit of surprise was Marty's several poisionous referances towards Brenda, and I agree. Brenda is a venomous woman but thats why I love her. Every good season needs a great villian. It's nice to see a strong female villian which, I for one haven't seen since Jerri's scheming in the outback. Unfortunately, she failed and Kelly B. was left without a leg to stand on... I mean, she must be hopping mad about being voted off. Sorry I promise no more puns. I'm kicking myself over the last one.

Oh and Yve was sent packing from the other tribe but thier tribal wasn't as exciting. Sorry guys you lack the villian so I imagine you'll be getting picked off slowly as soon as there is a merge.

    Happy Veiwing!moreless
