  • Ep 12: Jonathan is the worst, and Candice fights back.

    9.0
Boy, Jonathan is the worst. However, as we all know in late game play, it's important to bring those repugnant personalities to the end, as they're unlikely to get jury votes. The problem is this: Yul, who really is the leader of the alliance, doesn't want to take Jonathan to the end. He wants Becky, so when the jury looks at Becky and Yul, they're not going to vote for the head of the alliance. It's an unfortunate position to be in, and I completely understand why Yul pushes back so hard against his position as leader.

This episode really showcases how strong of a player Candice is. Even with her head on the chopping block, she fights tooth and nail to stir up drama. I honestly thought it would work for a moment, but at the same time, it wouldn't make much sense to give Candice, Parvati and Adam an extra chance to sway a member. At this point, either Jonathan would have to flip, or one of Yul's alliance members would have to flop.

The episode ends with a huge blowout between Candice/Adam/Parvati and Jonathan. It's clear that Jonathan will never win this game, and with Candice voted out, it's unclear exactly of who goes next. Yul still has his idol, and has the numbers to pick off Parvati and Adam. Should be fun to see what happens next. It'll be interesting to see how offended Jonathan is to see that his alliance hates him.moreless
  • Intense!

    10
This was an intense episode! I loved Candice laying everything on the line - she's not one to go down without a fight.

I hate how Aitu were just eating by themselves. It is classless and disgusting. And lclearly Ozzy's arrogance is spreading to influence his tribemates as well. It's repulsive.

I loved the brains and brawn themed challenge for Immunity! Good job to Adam for pulling that off! I think he'd truly be the target if he went back home with no necklace.

Sad to see Candice go home... Very sad. I think it would have been brilliant if Jonathan departed - he is not nice. He was a bit obnoxious at the auction etc.

Hopefully they get him out soon.moreless
  • And the wicked witch is gone...

    7.0
...at least one of them, there's still one to go. Then we have to get rid of the ridiculous sorry ass guy with no maturity and no sense of responsibily...Adam.

I can't believe that Candice had the nerve to go up and accuse Jonathan for being a rat. She is the biggest fat rat mama of them all!!! Hello mutiny-girl!!

Everybody's complaining about Jonathan, but these Candice-Parvati-Adam-brats are just so unbelievably annoying. They are just plain disgusting. I'm wondering...when CBS are picking out people to the show...do they purposely pick a bunch of narcissistic ones just for the fun of it?? Narcissistic people are so self-absorbed that they can burst...and these brats just fits the description.

  • An auction...pizza, hot dogs, fries and a warm bubble bath

    9.4
I've not been a fan of Jonathan because I think he's sneaky. However, he is consistently about it. I was annoyed with Candace this episode. I don't think she should have confronted Yul about the content of the conversation they had had earlier with Adam and Pavarti. She had no right to tell off Jonathan about the sharing of the fish. While she was laying down with Adam kissing and snuggling while Pavarti was laying next to them, the others were working to get a fire going and help cook the food. I also would not have shared anything with the other 3. It's like the story of the little red hen that found the wheat. She did all the work all the time asking who will help and no one did but they were all willing to eat once the work was done...For all the sneaky things Jonathan has pulled, he was right not to share.

I would have liked to have seen the fallout (if any) between Yul and Jonathan after Candace left since she revealed that Yul had stated he didn't like Jonathan. That was an immature thing for her to do. She said Jonathan was "weaseling" his way in...I think she was wrong. She can't fault the guy for working his a$$ off to stay in the game but then, she wouldn't understand that because it's a lot easier for her and Adam to be shoving their tongues down each other's throats instead of WORKING or helping.

Adam would have been my first choice to vote off but having Candace out instead was still good. I hope Adam goes next.moreless
  • High-noon drama begins with Jonathan!

    10
Jonathan is this season's villian as he is the man everybody loves to hate a lot. He has betrayed everybody. He ws a total pig at the auction as Candice was sent to Exile Island for a fourth time, a record. But also she got voted off. She went out with a bang and a kiss from Adam, which I thoughht was very dumb. Jeff's expression and saying that the kiss was great but immunity would had been better.

Loved it when Aitu didn't share food with Raro as Raro was nothing but lazy.moreless
