Episode Summary

Sierra and Brendan talk about the Exile Island alliance on the Timbira campsite, leaving Sierra feeling very confident. Jalapao wins the Reward Challenge and the tribe enjoys snacks and letters from home. Over on Timbira, Tyson finds it strange that Brendan takes Stephen with him to Exile and suspects an alliance. Jalapao returns to camp and Spencer reflects on why has not told his tribe mates that he is gay. After an Immunity Challenge where J.T. chips his tooth, Timbira wins. Back at the Jalapao campsite, everyone is frustrated. Although J.T. is upset with Spencer's performance at the challenge, Taj has an outburst and takes her anger out on her tribe mates. At Tribal Council, Jalapao has to decide to "punish" Taj for her emotional outburst, or Spencer for his effort at the challenge.moreless

  • Brilliant!

I'm really enjoying how this is all planning out. Jalapao looked the far stronger when we started and all of a sudden they've lost the numbers, while thinks continue to develop brilliantly on Exile. I really really want to say that I love that alliance and would love to see it succeed! Particularly Sierra, so underestimated and still going strong!

Kinda surprised at the boot of Spencer. He was bad at that last challenge, but he seems to have done well at other types of challenges, so I'm not too sure about that one. JT's tooth, that was nightmarish!

Looking forward to more from the Tocantins!moreless
  • Another great episode of Survivor.

    9.5
This was a great episode of survivor with great challenges. At the beginning of the episode, Taj and Stephan find the immunity idol at their camp and Taj discusses about bringing J.T. into their alliance which Stephan was weary about. Jalapao won the reward challenge and got to go to a cafe. Stephan and Brendan were sent to exile island where they discussed their alliance with Sierra and Taj. At the Timbira camp Tyson tells Debbie and Coach that Brendan must go next because he has bonds with the other tribe. Timbira won the immunity challenge sending Jalapao to tribal council. Jalapao decided to vote out Spencer because of his weakness instead of Taj feeling that her strength would be an asset to the tribe.moreless
  • Really Great Episode!

This is one of the best episodes in the season! The title refers to JT, who in the immunity challenge, chipped a tooth. In the challenge, two members of each tribe launched balls into the air with large sling shots. The other members of the tribe had to catch the balls with rackets. Apparently JT didn't get the whole racket thing, because he tried to catch the ball with his mouth!Although JT had a great effort, Jalapao lost the immunity challenge. Spencer went home in thie episode. I liked this episode so much because it had a lot of funny lines, and was full of suspence.moreless
  • Jeff gives the line, rather than the contestants.

    9.0
Taj finds the second Hidden Immunity Idol. And tries to keep, up their four alliance thing. That is, if they can keep it to the merge. Tyson and Coach are this season's villians. As if they are, in the finals. Don't expect both of them to win. As they have rubbed people the, wrong way. Taj really went ape. As she really, got "hot" indeed. And not in a good, kind of way. Her team lost the immunity. The immunity challenge is more important, than the reward. Though the reward is good though. Immunity, is when you send, someone home. We have to wait another two weeks, to see a new episode. Darn it, basketball!moreless
  • Really Good Episode

    10
Both challegnes were really good and I think the thing I like the best about this season is that camp drama is pretty much down to this secret four way allience that is being build. Tyson is starting to spot the group in the beginning of the episode when Brendan fails to pick Taj for the challenege. I thought it was a good move at the time to pick Stephen to go with him, but the more I thought about it the more that I didn't like it. Stephen is playing the game like I would play it. He now has the idol on him, which is great. I would try and keep it on me at all times as well. He is in a hard place if he does use the idol before the merge because people on his tribe might start to point the finger. Either way - the four people in this grouping are all there so it should remain interesting

Black team comes from behind (twice down by two) to win the immunity challenege which I found stunning. I was also surprised that Taj went crazy on her tribe after the lost, putting the target on her back if she doesn't win in the next epsiode which could force the idol to come out. Red tribe winning would be ideal in the next episode in terms of this four person grouping.moreless
