Episode Summary

When David is released from a mental institution his sister Kathy and her lawyer and sweetheart Victor seem strangely apprehensive. David accuses Victor of having jilted his mother bringing on her suicide five years earlier. Victor tells Kathy that he cannot marry her immediately because his wife, a paranoiac in a sanitarium would not consent to a divorce and is dangerous. She once threatened another woman, Pamela Stewart, in whom she erroneously believed Victor was romantically interested and Pamela later disappeared. Kathy gets a mysterious phone call and is almost run down by a car driven by a woman with red hair, whom Victor says is his wife. A startling revelation breaks the tenseness surrounding David, Victor and Kathy.moreless
