While this is the last official episode of season two, from comments and scenes throughout the clip show, this should have been shown somewhere between the season two episodes "When Strikes Mutilor" and "Caverns of Horror", as Ann Gora states the last time the SWAT Kats saved her was during the Ci-Kat-A invasion, even though they have saved her since then in "Caverns of Horror". Also, she states the events of Mutation City occurered only two weeks before the broadcast, and the events of the Mutilor crisis are shown.
In the previous(last) episode "Unlikely Alloys" Mac and Molly survive in the end. In this episode, although a clip from the episode "Metal Urgency" it's shown they've been send to professor Hackle
What happened to the Turbokat? The last time it was seen, it was damage so much the engines wouldn't work and it was left in the middle of a road, presumably unguarded. T-Bone would never let something happen to the Turbokat. So what came of it?
In the scene at the hangar, when Razor was hanging on the ceiling he wasn't wearing his helmet, but when he got down the helmet was there.
This is the only time that Feral's first name (Ulysses) has been mentioned in the show.
The Metallikats make their fifth and final appearance.
Goof: After the Dark SWAT Kats enter through the fence of Puma-Dyne, Dark Razor attacks a watchmen, but he's colored like Dark T-Bone.
Among the differences in the alternate dimension are that Commander Feral has a respect for vigilantes and the Enforcers are using fixed-wing aircrafts rather than helicopters.
The good and the evil SWAT Kats look slightly different, most noticibly the shade of their furs and the symbol on their helmets. Why did nobody noticed that and get confused?
This is Dark Kat's fifth and final appearance on the show.
Volcanus Erupts! marked Volcanus first and only appearance in the series.
Doctor Viper was originally a cat.
How did Razor exactly discovered Vulcanus' weak spot? He is not a robot, he is a demon.
Despite the fact that the events of The Origin of Dr. Viper is set prior to the events of the first season, the Swat Kats are shown using second season weapons.
Chance and Jake had to leave the room to get the Swat Kats outfits out of the lockers, but the lockers were clearly visible in the room.
The skulls of the missing miners still have cat ears on them.
Despite the fact that Mac and Molly burned the maid and chauffeur uniforms Profesor Hackle intended to give them in Metal Urgency, they're shown hanging up in Hackle's lab.
I realise that it's a gag but if Hackle needed years to create Cybertron (not to mention rebuilding him), how did he created that larger robot so quickly?
Technically, Razor defeats the Pastmaster at the end, fulfilling the prophecy from Bride of the Pastmaster, that since he pulled out the sword from the stone, he was supposed to be a hero who will defeat the Pastmaster.
