  • I would have to say I enjoyed this episode very much.

This is the series finale of "Sweet Valley High" and I really liked this series finale. In this episode, Jessica wants to shoot a cosmetic commercial and she gets Liz involved in it. Soon, however, Liz learns that they test the cosmetics on animals that hurt them. The animals either end up blind or dead. So, she drops out! This would have to be my favorite episode of Sweet Valley High I have ever seen. I loved the comedy in this episode, like when Jessica was asking Liz what she always wanted to be. And when Lila went out for the part of Elizabeth. I also laughed when Jessica found out that Elizabeth was going to drop out. I think this was a great conclusion to this fabulous series.moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

  • TRIVIA (0)

  • QUOTES (5)

    • Elizabeth: I don't know. I'm really busy working on a Animal Conservancy membership drive with Cheryl!
Jessica: Please! Free Willy some other time. This is important.
      Elizabeth: How is this important?
Jessica: When I was little, what did I always say I wanted to be?
      Elizabeth: A Malibu Barbie?

    • Jessica: Liz, my future's in your hands. If you say no now, I may never get on TV. I could wind up just like every other random nobody out there, only more beautiful.

    • Jessica: We'd be perfect! With my good looks and your... ability to look like me, we're unstoppable!

    • Jessica: There are tons of ugly animals in nature!

    • Elizabeth: Jess, did it ever occur to you that there might be more important things in life than being famous?
      Jessica: You take that back!

  • NOTES (2)

    • This wasn't supposed to be the series finale. The show was supposed to go on for a fifth season, but ratings were so low, UPN decided to cancel the series unexpectedly. Rumor also has it that Brittany and Cynthia Daniel wanted to move on to other things. Since Cynthia quit acting and is more into photography, this could be true. Maybe if the show had a fifth season, we would see it in syndication more often since usually shows with over 100 episodes air daily.

    • Although this is the series finale, we never see the gang graduate or get a good-bye.
