  • A witch like odd couple

Basically during the whole Salem witch trial era, it comes down to a young woman being accused of a witch due to a real witch carrying out her witchcraft in the confines of her cell and the young woman taking the fall for the act.

Basically the witch disguised as a toad spied on the woman committing adultery and losing her "precious" talisman. The young woman naturally finds it and 'agrees to a pact' to share it with the witch.

Fast forward to today's time: the young woman is being threatened by the witch for not giving back the talisman on time so she can reverse all the misfortune that happened to her. But the woman placed a curse on the talisman and turned the witch into a cat as it was really 2 weeks too early to get it back not to mention she was the reason the witch had so much bad luck.

So basically the woman got her talisman and can continue to abuse it for her selfish needs while the witch got her punishment for being too desperate. Also both characters no one really cares much for didn't get the ends they deserved.moreless
  • Two witches promise to swap a medallion between each other 100 years after they fight for it.

There is nothing to this episode at all, there is nothing scary and there are only two women the entire episode. No monsters, and the witches are not scary looking. This could be considered a drama more than a horror, and it actually has a cute ending. For something called Tales from the Darkside, what is dark about it? Don't get me wrong, the story is fairly interesting and I have seen worse in this series, but this is definitely one of the mediocre episode, which this series has an abundence of. Not the worst episode, once again, but not the best.moreless
