  • Sacrifices must be made to gain success, and the main character learns this leason by the end of the episode

    7.2
This was a fairly decent story about a man who literally has to make sacrifices to be famous, and it works. The more successful he gets, the stranger the animals he must sacrifice are. The end of the story is also interesting, even though somewhat predictable. If you like stories with a twist, even though predictable, then you should enjoy this episode. My favorite thing about this episode is that the agent looks like Alfred Hitchcock. Overall, this episode is pretty good and definitely not the worst. That is about all there is to say about this episode, watch it!moreless
  • In this episode a struggling writer in Catch 22 situation named Junior Harmon, hears an advertisement on the radio about an agent that makes writer's like him super successful. When he gets to his office he tells him that he must make animal sacrifices.moreless

    5.2
This was average episode pretty much, this episode wasn't as scary some of the other episodes on Tales From The Darkside, but the premise still gave me a few chills, but not much, it's about struggling writer named Junior Harmon who's in a catch 22 situation and trying to get ahead in his career, and sell lots of books. He ends up meeting a mysterious but successful agent who he thinks is the ticket to his success. This was pretty well written, like most the episodes of this show. The darkside of this episode was man's greed to sell books.moreless
