Baloo and Louie encounter a ghost that's been in the basement of Louie's restaurant. When they return to Higher for Hire, Becky believes the story is a cover for why Baloo didn't return with the cargo sooner. To make matters worst, Baloo forgot the cargo back at Louie's so they have to return. The two are reluctant to go, so Becky accompanies them. Upon arrival, they find nothing but the place looking like a mess. They're also greeted by a man named Captain Stansbury, who Becky takes a charm to. When they find the Sea Duck won't start, they're forced to spend the night. But during the night, they find that Captain Stansbury isn't who they think he is.moreless
