Sources said NBC is passing on Andy Barker, P.I., Conan O'Brien's single-camera gumshoe comedy starring Andy Richter, and the project will be shopped to Fox. Additionally, the network has canceled its midseason comedy Teachers.

I figured it would...I watched it regularly because I needed a new sitcom to follow...but it really wasn't good.

That's not true. The show wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible, either. But good job crapping on the efforts these people made though. Fantastic.

The first few episodes were not very good. But as the show went on and the actors became more comfortable in their roles and with each other I really started to enjoy the show. After I watched the Season Finale I really wanted to see the next season, but I knew that it would be the final episode.
I would have preferred they went with the way Scrubs is done, rather than making it another forgettable sh***y Sitcom.

Oh well... I did like the idea of the show, and the characters were starting to work out, but this show just did not have a real chance to make it...

It's a british import, that they changed beyond all recognition.

    Of course it gets cancelled.

Just when a few of us were getting used to the show, we all knew that it would somehow not be coming back on the air. It was cute, quirky and a little fun while it lasted. We got to know where each individual character was coming from, but the show never had many viewers.
