April's age is finally revealed in this episode.
First appearence of Leatherhead.
Episode included on the VHS 'Bad Guys' series titled, Turtles vs. Leatherhead.
April: I never thought it would end like this: hanging in a net, captured by a mutant alligator!
Raphael: Yeah, life sure takes funny twists, doesn't it?
Michaelangelo: Shred-head and Leatherhead joining forces?
Shredder: And, why not? Two heads are better than one!
(Shredder transforms into a child)
Baby Shredder: Krang! Help! I need to grow up!
Krang: (Chuckles) I've been trying to tell you that for years!
This is the first time that Shredder's voice is done by someone else.
Episode included on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Volume 5 DVD.
This marks the first time in the series where someone becomes a little kid, in this case, the Shredder. It happens to Mike and Leo in "Back to the Egg," Raph, Don, and Leo(again) in "Adventures in Turtle-Sitting," and Bebop and Rocksteady(sort of) in "The Irish Jig is Up."
Greg Berg voiced Bebop and Donatello, and Jim Cummings did the voices of Shredder and Leatherhead.
Ghengis: Who ya gonna call? Gatorbusters?
This is a reference to the Ghostbuster theme song.
Leatherhead: Ah guarantee!
This is the catchphrase of the famous Cajun chef, Paul Prudhomme.
