  • when people get to lazy about crime

I really liked the "Leonardo, the Renaissance" Turtle episode. It was both entertaining and good. I liked the return of Rex-1 and the power hungry robot guy and his police guy. I thought it was a an almost uncomfertable true to life "what if" scenerio, since the whole episode featured a situation where people where willingly turing over their basic civil rights to a millitant police syndicate in exchange for saftey and where basically reduced to having no rights what so ever just to feel "safe" and where treated like criminals. Which is something that holds true today in American society with people willingly giveing up more and more of their rights to the government in exchange for safety. I like how this episode under scored peoples willingness to relinquish responciabilty for their crime problem in order to have a higher power solve the problem for them even at risk at employing a dangerous law enforcer that was dictorial in its methods. And even though this situation was presented in a very exgerated cartoony way, it wasn't to far off on how things could eventually play out if things ever go to that extreme
