Episode Summary

EDIT
Krang sends the Polarisoids an invitation to visit Earth, only the Polarisoids think that the "invite" is from the Turtles. It seems that Krang wants to get a hold of the Polarisoids' camera -- the one that literally captures its subjects within the camera. Krang has retained one of the Polarisoids "home movies" and adapted it so that when it is played in the Polarisoids' camera, it will unleash all the terrorizing aliens that the Polarisoids have "videotaped" on their vacations across the galaxies. Krang believes that these vicious aliens will keep the Turtles busy so that he can take control of The City.

When the Polarisoids locate the surprised Turtles, they have no choice but to invite them back to their lair. On the way, Shredder arrives and steals the Polarisoids camera. He inserts Krang's "tampered" tape and unleashes an alien monster which, true to form, attacks the Turtles. Shredder, Rocksteady and Bebop cause havoc throughout The City when they unleash more and more alien monsters with the Polarisods' camera. And while this is happening, Krang's computer is breaking into computer systems all over the City and taking control.

The City's populace is in a state of panic as The Turtles "put out every little fire that erupts." It looks like Krang will be victorious when Shredder plays back some footage that Frip shot on a planet with no gravity -- everything starts floating away -- including the Turtles. But when Shredder has the camera inadvertently knocked out of his hands, Frip retrieves it and turns it off. While everything comes crashng back to Earth, Donatello successfully inserts a "bug" into Krang's computer, thus destroying it and Krang's hope of dominance.moreless

    • QUOTES (7)

      • Burne: (while on the phone) A spaceship? Lady, does your psychiatrist know you're making this call? (hangs up, then answers another phone call) Y'ello? A UFO with tailfins? Flying over the city. Sure, and King Kong is on top of a skyscraper swatting at it! (hangs up) Crackpots.
        (April enters)
        April: What's up, Chief?
Burne: Every kook in the city claims to have seen some weird flying car.
        (Vernon rushes in)
Vernon: Help! Help! We've been invaded by aliens in flying cars!
        Burne: See what I mean?

      • Donatello: (Watches the Turtle Van's computers reprogram themselves) Oh, it's just as I thought. Krang has reprogrammed all of the city's computer systems.
Leonardo: (driving) Um, would that include the robot garbage trucks?
        Donatello: Yeah, I'm afraid so.
        (Truck's claw grabs Turtle Van.)
Raphael: Whoa!! We're about to be trashed!
        (Commercial)
Fripp: Is this some ancient Earth custom?
Raphael: Yes, Fripp. It's called 'checking out'.
Donatello: (Rushes to his computers) Not if I can reprogram the garbage truck's command protocols. (Types an encryption, garbage truck drops van)
        Everyone: Woah!
(Van ricochets off of mattress truck and lands safely)
Fripp: Saved by a mattress truck. The folks on Polaris will never believe this.
Raphael: Let's just hope the audience does.
(Turtle van drives past Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady)
Bebop: Look, boss. It's the Shellbacks.
Shredder: (Chuckles evilly) Oh, they're in for quite a surprise.

      • (The Lava Creatures are out of control)
Shredder: (into Com-Link) Krang! You mad medulla! Get me out of here!

      • (Krang's computers begin to malfunction.)
Krang: Oh, no. That turtle [Donatello] overloaded my computers! I hate turtles! I despise turtles! (He kicks the flaming monitor screen.) And I'm not too crazy about computers, either.

      • Rocksteady: Watch the 3-headed birdie.
Bebop: Smile. You're on alien camera.

      • (Shredder activates his antigravity belt, but Bebop and Rocksteady don't have the advanced belts.)
        Bebop: We're floating away!
Shredder: Then turn on your antigravity anchors, you boobs!
Bebop: Gravity anchor?! What gravity anchor?
        Rocksteady: What gravity wave, boss?
Shredder: (Points to belt) The one on your belts, you nitwits!!
Rocksteady and Bebop: Belts? What belts?!!
        Shredder: (groans)

      • Leonardo: Michelangelo, you stay here with Effstop and Saycheese.
Michelangelo: What? Why do I have to babysit?
Raphael: Because you're closer to their age mentally.
Michelangelo: Whoa, dude. I resemble that remark.
