So, do we have to ask Nickelodeon for future DVD releases?

Since Nickelodeon bought out all the distribution rights to TMNT, is Nickelodeon the company that would sell the future TMNT seasons on DVD's or would 4Kids still have rights to that?

I've read about how they still haven't released the first live action TMNT movie with all the deleted scenes, do we have to complain to Nickelodeon about that now? I know this is about the animated series but I'm just curious and confused as to who we have to try to talk to about this?

Great....now we've got to go air our grievances to them. They'll probably try to cash in on TMNT as much as they can when their new series comes out.
