Why would April and Casey be pacifists? April was training under Splinter, and Casey was, well, Casey.
The villians in this episode was called Street Venoms in Playtime's Over, but in this episode they are Street Phantoms
For some reason the episode was incorrectly titled "Invasion Of The Body Snatcher!
Donatello invents an alloy that is conveniently named after him called "Donatellium."
The Turtles have been on the other side of the universe, why is going to the moon any more special?
In the flashback Shredder's voice sounds a little different from how it normally sounds.
The Shredder, Hun, Purple Dragons, Foot Soldiers and Silver Sentry makes an appearance in Mikey's story. Silver Sentry is also seen in Turtle Titan's flashback.
When Triple Threat is running into the cockpit of the museum you can see part of the 20th Century Fox logo over his/their right shoulder (left side of the screen)
The turtles meet Sh'Okanabo in person for the first time, though they never learn who he is in this episode
When The Turtles arrive at the Moon Port, Leo orders Don to search Zixx's ship, but Mikey stays behind with Don to look at the ship.

Raph was not necessarily referring to the videogame that Mikey just finished. Mikey has obviously played many videogames.
Mikey said he played his helix videogame for 47 hours straight. Later, Raph said that Mikey played a videogame for 3 days straight. 47 hours is actually closer to 2 days instead of 3.
Episode centers around Leo and Raph
Up until Fast Forward, Mikey was the turtle that wanted to go and be a part of the rest of the world, yet suddenly it is Raph who wants to go out into the world, and Mikey is willing to stay isolated.
Raph damages Triple Threat's big "wheel", yet he and Leo take off in it to get away from constable Biggles.
Splinter's lesson to Cody was of the mind body connection, and that both need to be developed. He used the example of Don's mind and the rest of the turtles bodies. It would have made more sense, and been a better lesson to have pointed out Don's body strength and agility which rescued both him and Cody, in addition to his mind.
Splinter seems to have disappeared in the dojo when Viral returns to check up on the Turtles, without showing any way of him escaping. (The only way out was through the doors, and those were sealed shut)
Cody seems to be the obvious person to repair Serling, so shouldn't he have found the camera in Serling's eye?
