Darius Dunn, in spite of being so large, managed to get past the trained ninja turtles to rescue Leo.
After Cody was safe, why didn't the turtles go back to O'Neil Tech to use the machine to get the part they need to fix the time machine?
When the turtles and Splinter are transported into the year 2105, Mikey says "Ahh! The t.v.'s gone!" Leo replies "Forget the t.v., the whole lair is trashed." The captions show up as Don saying the line.
When Serling is taking Master Splinter's measurements, Raph walks off-screen to retrive his mask from one of Cody's displays, but he is accidently drawn with his mask on during this scene.
At the beginning of the episode, the turtles lose all their gear, headbands, belts and weapons, and Splinter loses his robe, yet the rug that Splinter had wrapped around them came through and falls away after they have been transported.
In past episodes whenever we see Master Splinter without his robe, his fur is completly gray, but in the begininng, he has a patch of white fur on his tummy.
Throughout all of Season 4, you could see that Leo has a piece of his shell missing but in the Fast Forward Season, his shell is back to normal.
When the screen goes to a close up of Casey's golf bag in Cody's collection of TMNT stuff in the background to the left is one of Baxter Stockman's many robot suits, directly behind is Shredder's armor peeking over the top, and to the right is the Fugitoid's robot body. The strange part is that the Fugitoid's body was shipped off to float aimlessly about space after the turtles held his funeral in Worlds Collide part 3 Season 3 when he supposedly died. Cody must be pretty stinkin' rich to have the cash to locate and retrieve it. Of course, it could be a replica.
Leonardo said, "15 years of training", which means the turtles mutated 15-16 years ago making them 15-16 years old.
Beginning with this "Fast Forward" season, the animation is different than the previous seasons.
Season 5 will have a title change the show will now be called "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward" in it the Turtles are transported 99 years in the future to aid the grandson of Casey and April a hand.
The bone demon's amulet doesn't affect children because of their pure hearts; the Turtles, unlike tainted humans, have similar personalities as well.
The Shredder's heralds are in fact the same creatures that the turtles fought in Return to New York (2).
Nano only acted evil under Stockman's control, but if Stockman hadn't come across Nano he would still be lying in the amusement park. Ironic
The last time we saw the Ninja Tribunal, there were five of them. This episode has only four of them, even though there were five chairs meant for five people.
The Ninja Tribunal's insignia is simply the Foot emblem upside down.
At the start of the episode Donnie is still wearing his bandage. When the wooden ninja arrive the bandage has disappeared.
How come Leo didn't find it suspicous when "The Shredders" said that they wanted to fight against "A great evil"? I mean, Leo already heard that from Oroku Saki in "The Shredder Strikes Part One" and Master Splinter revealed Saki's ture identity as the Shredder and told the turtles that he was pure evil.
How come Karai didn't find it strange that Mikey and Raph were still alive? I mean, sure we know that they escaped, but Karai dosen't.
Karai wears Shredder's armor and her voice sounds normal and not more mettalic.
