Kazuhiko Amagasaki was last seen in the first OVA episode, as an old classmate of Tenchi's at school in Okayama. In Japan, he even had his own comic strip in which he tried to emulate Tenchi's success with the girls, even moving to Tokyo in the hopes of improving his luck.
