    The Buick-Berle Show Berle's guests include Steve Allen, singer/actress Janet Blair, heavyweight boxer Ezzard Charles, and regulars Arnold Stang, Milton Frome and Ruth Gilbert. Berle attends Steve Allen's local TV program, the "Tonight" show, and is called up to meet boxing champ Ezzard Charles. Show-off Berle decides to give Charles a few pointers and accidentally knocks him out cold. Now Milton is forced to fight Ezzard at Madison Square Garden in a real match. Everyone thinks it's a great publicity stunt except for Milton who's convinced he will be killed in the ring.

Miltie worries that cultured performer Anderson will be uncomfortable on a TV comedy show, so he brings in Broadway actor Ritchard to direct her in reading "Madea". Berle tries to get some of the "class" to rub of on himself.
    Gibbs performs "Ballin' the Jack". Ritchard does "Somebody Bad Stole the Wedding Bell". Applewhite sings "Make Love to Me."
