I think it was because his contract was up or because he needed to leave for Spiderman 3 filming.

He wanted to stop, which was smart since the 8th season was horrific.

Anyway after you see Spiderman 3 you will forgive him for leaving.

And he was in the final episode

    I liked the 8th season.

Now, I found that people hated because Topher Grace  and Aston Kutcher left the show, not they left because it would.

Topher and Ashton should be proud they left the show for how horrible the eighth season was.

Which was horrible partly because they left, though there were other factors.

Well I didn't think season 8 was like this giant terrible season but I don't like a lot of what they did putting Jack with Fez after such a long time of her showing no interest in him, putting Donna with Randy when it was obvious they were just going to put her back with Eric if they could get Topher back for the finale, makind Randy so annoying. I mean he started out pretty funny but somehow just got more and more annoying as his hair got longer and longer.

Considering season 7 huffed dong, not really.

He should've stuck with his instincts and quit after season 6.

Season 8 could have been better if Randy was never there

Season 8 could have been much better. It was just not the same without the actors who made the show complete.

He left for a good cause, Spiderman 3 was very good. Topher was funny in it.

I really sad when Topher left the show, but I think that Spiderman 3 was really great and he was good in it.

I saw it yesterday! I loved it, really kept me on the edge of my seat. Topher was awesome in it, he probably made millions of dollers. After seeing that I totally forgave him for leaving in the last season!

Topher Grace was the main reason I went to see Spiderman 3 today! He was fabulous, and the movie was pretty great!

The movie was phenominal.  It will be owned by me the day it is released on DVD.

As of Season 8.  Yeash.  Randy and Hyde's wife were a waste of space.  It's always a cry for help when they bring in brand new people to a season.  I wish they would have kept Hyde's sister and the guy who dies on the water tower on instead of the new two.  Then it would have worked better.

the 8th season probably wouldn't have been as bad if Grace stayed on the show as Eric
