  • Both Red and Eric try to get jobs at Point Place's new Pricemart. Meanwhile, Laurie, all of a sudden, wants a real relationship from Kelso, that doesn't include just sex.

    8.7
Red goes out for job as supervisor for a new business opening up in Point Place called Pricemart. While Bob is worried that Pricemart will make his "Bargain Bob's" go out of business, Red is eager for the job. Eric 'teases' that maybe he should get a job there too, but Red tells him NO. But Eric secretly tries to get a job as a cashier and succeeds. He finds this out at the wrong time. Red is eager for the phone to pick up later that day, and he gets excited when Pricemart announces that the guy under the name of Forman got a job - Eric - as cashier. Red gets pissed, but Eric keeps the job anyways. So, Red goes out for the position of cashier, originally, but then decides that he wants the job of superviser. Thanks to being quite frigtening, he scares the guy into giving him the superviser position. Then he fires Eric for about 5-8 seconds or so, then gives him his job back as long as it doesn't interfere with his schoolwork. Meanwhile, Kelso runs into a brick wall while cheating on Jackie with Laurie when she doesn't feel like having sex, but rather talking. Kelso considers dumping her but then Laurie threatens to tell Jackie about them, so for now, he's stuck with talking instead of having a physical, sexual relationship.moreless

Sexy circle.... Kelso.... That was so funny. Kelso is nearly busted by Jackie for cheating with Laurie when Laurie says (well, she threatens him) that she will tell Jackie about them being together (well, I guess it is more like they are fooling around together, they're just killing time by having sex and making out togehter) unless he commits to a serious relationship with her. Red and Eric both want jobs at Price Mart. Red wants to be a supervisor, and nothing less than that, his family tells him that he can not give up. Red and Eric both get the jobs that they wanted the whole time.

  • Sexy circle!?

    9.0
I love this episode because you get to see a soft side of Laurie, her wanting a relationship is great, but then the evil comes out of her, she threatens to tell Jackie, if I was Kelso I would just dump Jackie & she can't say no, that's absurd! Anyways, I like the A plot in which Red tries to get supervisor, & he doesn't get it, Eric gets the job as cashier, Red tries again & he gets it, I like how everyone were waiting for the phone to ring, then Donna comes in for a chip & everyone says SHHH! The sexy circle fantasy was great, I like how Donna hit him in the end.moreless
  • Eric gets a new job...working for his father!

    8.9
The Eric and Red plot in this is hilarious with Red staring at the phone and the revealing scene where Eric got a job at Price Mart. The end is perfect where Red also gets a job - a supervisor that just so happens to mean that he is Eric's boss.

Laurie wanting a real relationship wasn't a good move by the show because the plot wasn't as funny anymore though there are a few good gags.

Overall, the main plot was hilarious and the subplot was okay, meaning that it isn't the best episode of that 70s show but it is worth watching.moreless

    • Red: You know, that phone hasn't rung all damn day! Maybe it's broken. (he walks to the phone)
Kitty: No, it's not broken! (Red picks up the phone, and hears the dial tone)
Red: No, it's not broken. Oh! (he slams the phone back on the receiver) Damn! They could have called right then, got a busy signal, moved on to the next guy on the list, oh, man! I just screwed myself out of a job! (the phone rings, and Red quickly goes to the phone)
Hyde: Wait, Red, wait! Let it ring. You don't wanna seem desperate.
Red: Right. Eric, if this is one of your dumbass friends, you better start running!
Eric: Please don't be Kelso, please don't be Kelso!

    • Kitty: So what's the good news?
Red: Well. The good news is…Eric got a job at Price Mart.
      Kitty (to Eric): Run, honey...run!

    • Hyde: Oh sure, when things get ugly, suddenly I'm family.
      Laurie: Not to me, freak!
Hyde: Your'e so going to end up in porno!

    • Eric: Man, Red went ballistic on me. I mean, I wanna keep the job, but I really don't wanna wear my ass for a hat. 'Cause, you know, he said he could do that, and I believe him.

    • Red: You know, you're gonna look real funny when you're wearing --
Eric and Red: your ass for a hat.
      Eric: Yeah.

    • Donna: Actually, Kelso, you know what really makes you horny? Beets.
      Kelso: Yeah, right.
Eric: No, it's true. I saw it on 60 minutes, man. Beet farmers with like 10, 15 kids.

    • Eric: Mom, how come we have to be here? I could be using this time to... not be here.
