    • Jackie: You know what? I'm gonna write Christine a letter and ask her for a job.
Kitty: Oh, no, no, no, no, no! You have got to go talk to her in person. Trust me, there is nothing celebrities like more than people showing up in their offices!

    • Red: See, that's the thing about marriage. No one tells you about the three rings. There's the engagement ring, the wedding ring and the suffering.

    • Red: Steven, you have finally reached that point of your life where you're no longer a dumb ass kid. You're a dumb ass man.
Fez: Wow, those dumb ass teen years just flew by.

    • Jackie: Fez, I wanna find work but it's really hard. I spent all morning going to every store in the mall. And when I find the right outfit, I'm gonna look for job.

    • Hyde: C'mon man, don't you know how guys think?
Donna: Not really. The only guy I've ever been with was Eric and as far as I know, a typical guy's thoughts are, "Who will win in a fight, Bigfoot or Chewbacca?"
Hyde: Alright, here's what a typical guy thinks about: sex, beer and pinball. Now, if a guy can have sex while drinking a beer on a pinball machine, well that's the beautiful story how I met my wife.

    • Smitty: I love boats!

This exit line by Smitty, played by Gavin MacLeod, is a reference to his time spent playing the role of Cpt. Merrill Stubing on the popular ABC show The Love Boat, which ran from 1977 to 1987.

    • The entire final credits sequence contains references to The Mary Tyler Moore Show; the layout of the newsroom is the same as in that show, with Gavin MacLeod sitting at the same desk; the story that he gives Christine is about Minneapolis, which is where The Mary Tyler Moore Show was set; and Christine throws Jackie's beret in the air, which is what was done at the end of the opening credits for that show.
